What to expect
It starts with a conversation
Before anything happens, you will talk through what you want, what your hair has been through, and what is realistic. Bring photos if you have them.
You get the price upfront
Because length and density change what a service costs, you get an exact quote at the start of your appointment, not a surprise at the end.
Enough time is set aside
Mention everything you want done when you book. It is far better to block out extra time than to run out of it halfway through a color.
Before your first visit
- Come with clean hair that was not washed that same morning. A day of natural oil protects your scalp during color services.
- Skip heavy oils, thick product, and dry shampoo buildup on the day of your appointment.
- Bring photos of what you like, and if possible a couple of what you do not. Both are genuinely useful.
- Be upfront about box dye, henna, keratin, or any chemical service in the last year, even if it was a long time ago.
- If you have never had color before or have reacted to dye previously, mention it so a patch test can be done at least 48 hours ahead.
Cancellation policy
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- This is a single stylist studio, so a late cancellation is a slot that cannot be filled and another client could have used.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your service has to be shortened or moved, so the next client is not pushed back.
- Repeated no shows may require a deposit before future appointments can be booked.
- Extensions, bridal bookings, and long color corrections require a deposit, which goes toward the cost of your service.
