The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free of error or omission at all times.

Service descriptions, durations, and prices shown on this site are indicative. They are not an offer or a binding quote.

Prices shown are starting prices. The final cost of a service depends on your hair length, density, condition, and the amount of product and time required.

You will be given an exact quote in person before any service begins. No work will start until you have agreed to that price.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The studio operates by appointment only. Appointments are confirmed once a time has been agreed directly with us.

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Because this is a single stylist studio, late cancellations cannot be refilled.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your service being shortened or rescheduled so that following appointments are not delayed.

Repeated no shows may require a deposit before future appointments can be booked.

Deposits are required for hair extensions, bridal bookings, and extended color correction appointments, because these block out significant time and may involve ordering hair.

Deposits are applied to the final cost of your service.

Deposits are non refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if hair has already been ordered on your behalf.

Hair is not uniform. Results vary based on your hair’s starting condition, previous chemical treatments, porosity, and how you care for it at home.

Some looks cannot be achieved safely in a single session, and some cannot be achieved safely at all on a given head of hair. Where that is the case we will tell you before booking or before starting.

You must disclose all previous chemical services, including box dye, henna, keratin, and straightening treatments. Undisclosed prior chemical work can cause unpredictable and damaging reactions, and we cannot be held responsible for results affected by information that was not shared with us.

You must disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities. A patch test is required if you have not had color before or have previously reacted to hair dye.

If you are not happy with your result, contact us within seven days and we will do our best to make it right with an adjustment appointment.

Adjustments cover correcting the work performed. They do not cover a change of mind about the agreed look, or results affected by home care or another stylist’s work after your appointment.

Services are not refundable. We would much rather fix it than leave you unhappy.

We ask that the studio remains a calm and respectful space for everyone. We reserve the right to decline or end a service in the case of abusive behaviour.

Children are welcome, both as clients and as guests, but must be supervised while in the studio.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

We are not liable for reactions or damage arising from information you did not disclose, or from products and treatments applied elsewhere before or after your appointment.

All content on this site, including photographs, text, and branding, belongs to Vibe Hair Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Photographs of client work are only published with that client’s permission. If you would prefer your photo not be used, just say so and it will not be.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
